Condos for sale near Downtown This is updated 5/1/12 and as of today there are several condos ranging from $92,000 to $199,000 within walking distance of downtown old town St Augustine. They are located on the island some are 8-10 blocks from the Bridge of Lions which offers pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
