 Under $100,000 best deals in our opinion

 Believe it or not, we have close to 18 units on the island under a hundred thousand.  Some are 1/1, some 2/2.  All are fairly small but they are cheap to be blunt about it.  No, not on the beach but on the island.  Most are just a couple minutes drive or bicycle trip to the beaches.  Please contact us for more information on these.  Prices are in the 70s,80s and 90s but have been getting scarce lately.  Contact Dusty Dancy

Marsh Creek Country Club Homes for sale  we feel Marsh Creek is the best buy on the island for contemporary homes.  An island golf course community of 600 homes, a first class golf course and club, gated, extraordinary wild life, Audubon recognition and more.  You can purchase a 3/2 home at Marsh Creek for around $340K and that is extraordinary.  Some homes are on the golf course, some on nature preserves, on the savannah marshes, some on lakes.
