Believe it or not, we have close to 18 units on the island under a hundred thousand. Some are 1/1, some 2/2. All are fairly small but they are cheap to be blunt about it. Summerhouse Condominiums at the south end of Crescent Beach now have several nits priced in the mid to high $200s that are probably pretty good deals. One is a 2/2.5 with oceanview in section one and has a good rental record asking price is now $245,000 we think that is a pretty good price(guess what, we sold it shortly after this was posted). Marsh Creek Country Club Homes for sale we feel Marsh Creek is the best buy on the island for contemporary homes. An island golf course community of 600 homes, a first class golf course and club, gated, extraordinary wild life, Audubon recognition and more.
