Hanna's Walk Townhouses on the island 2 and 3 br units with attached garages less than 5 minutes from the beach built in 2007. Many flippers are losing them. New prices in 2007 were high 300s. Many have been short saled in the mid 100s the past several months. One is available right now (jan 20) 3/2 for $145,000 short sale terms.
